Collector-foamer (foaming agent), for dephosphorization (desulfurization) of iron ores

Application:

DIROLE-B is a strong collector-frother, which is used for desulphurization of iron ores.

DIROLE-B is a surface-active substance (SAS), which is used in the flotation of the dephosphorization of apatite rock.

DIROLE-B flotation occurs at an alkaline pH in the range of 10-10.5

DIROLE-B consumption depends on the type of ore, the size of the ground particles, and the type of water. DIROLE-B consumption is usually from 200 to 400 grams per ton.

Storage and placement:

For storing DIROLE-B, it is recommended to use galvanized, stainless steel, and plastic containers.

Packaging and shelf life:

DIROLE-B is packed in 220-liter barrels (net weight 200 kg), 4 barrels per pallet.

DIROLE-B has a shelf life of at least 2 years if stored in the correct conditions and at the correct temperature.

Safety:

DIROLE-B is not hazardous to health and may cause mild irritation if it gets into the eyes.

Inhalation:

If inhaled, the victim should be taken to fresh air. If the victim is not breathing, artificial respiration should be performed. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. The victim should seek medical attention.

Ingestion:

If a large amount of the substance has been swallowed, drink plenty of water and seek medical attention.

Skin contact:

Immediately wash the skin with plenty of water and soap for 15 minutes, and remove contaminated clothing and shoes, and wash the clothing before reuse. If skin irritation persists, seek medical attention

Eyes:

If in the eyes, rinse eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation continues.
